There was a reason I wanted two cars, as before if the only car I had, had to go to the mechanics, then I would rent a car. That is expensive.
So in 2023, I first bought my 2001 Lexus GS 300, then so many months later I bought my 2001 Toyota Avalon XLS.
Well recently I noticed radiator fluid dripping out my 2001 Toyota Avalon XLS this one is my daily driver. Of course I have to take care of that since it might be leaking out of the water pump. That could be a big job, then if they are coing to change the water pump they might suggest changing the timing belt also. Of course that is ok with me, cause then I don't have to worry about changing the timing belt for another 100,000 miles later.
It is just I don't have to time to take the 2001 Toyota XLS to the mechanics, as it is Thanksgiving tomorrow.
So what I did was that I took out my 2001 Lexus GS 300 from the side of my house and placed it in the driveway, and I put the 2001 Toyota Avalon XLS on the side of the house.
Earlier today, I took the 2001 Lexus GS 300 to the gas station, as I plan to take it to my nephew, Michael's house. That is where the family gathering will be. Michael, Melissa and their 2 boys live in Elk Grove area.
I also put air in the tires. In the door jamb it tells me my air pressure by tire size, the air pressure is 30 pounds all around. I have the air pump that uses the 12 volt power supply. Of course the way you want to use that is to have the motor running as if it not, it could drain the battery of enough power to start the engine.
I double checked my Garmin GPS to make sure I have the address to my nephew in the GPS.
Also I notice I should be changing my windshield wiper on my 2001 Lexus GS 300, but the wipers are still OK, for the given moment. Though this night I did order a new pair of wipers for my 2001 Lexus GS 300. I'll just have to change them when the order does come in.
Also I did put things into my 2001 Lexus GS 300. I took the tool box out of my 2001 Avalon XLS and put it into my 2001 Lexus GS300. I also took out of the Avalon and put into the Lexus my electric tire pump. And also from the Avalon to the Lexus my jumper cables.
Also earlier today I checked the lights, headlamps, rear lights, turn signals and brake light. Everything is up to par.
Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, with Jesus speaking, If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15.
