I've never really understood what a high temperature means, i have witnessed it being used for two opposing views. I reckon that a hot environment is the overall meaning or someone whose body is unusually hot. The later is usually caused by a fever, it makes the body so hot even in a cold weather. There can be effects of high temperature, because it is abnormal. I remember this one time I was running temperature, I could see things that weren't even there, imaginations were scary, my dreams terrifying. The annoying part was the fact that I could not eat my favorite food, I was forced to take a little. High temperature is not good for the body, it should be watched.
