Who took the money? Mary's mother asked. The children were acting like the nun was not the one who took the money. Mary's mother has been looking for money since morning. She kept it in her drawer, inside her room, and she didn't know who came to take it.
She was looking for it, asking now her three children. But none of them gave a better response. All of them were just acting innocent. After so many scoldings, so their father came back for work and was told about it. And he kept asking, threatening them, threatening to punish all of them by not giving them food or by not paying their fees. Yet no one, no one answered.
Everyone was looking innocent. So they forgot about the matter. But something happened. Mary kept on buying new things at home, things that on a normal day she could not afford. So her siblings were all suspected. So they monitored her one day and they acted out suspicion. Then they saw where she kept, where she went to her room to take her money, which she kept under her bed.er siblings decided without suspect to call her mom to confirm if it was really the money.
Her mom came to the room checked her bed and saw some of the money there and it is that Mary was the one that stole the money and she did it without suspicion. They disciplined her and told her never to do that again.
