First of all, it is very essential to engage yourself in physical activities such as daily walks, exercise, and playing outdoor games like football, hiking, tennis, and many more. Physical activities help you release endorphins and reduce stress.
It enhances your mood and refreshes your mind. If you want to reduce your stress, so forget all the bad memories relating to the past and just participate and focus yourself on the present moment, it will help reduce anxiety and make a suitable ground for your emotional resilience.
Daily exercise is also a good cause for reducing stress. If you do focus on daily exercise, it will control your breathing, which can activate your body's relaxing response, and you will automatically feel refreshed and calm. Today, the problem of late sleeping is affecting our minds badly.
Technologies like smart phones, television, etc. engage all of us. We watch television and use mobile phones before going to bed, in case it affects our mental health. We get tired mentally and cannot sleep properly.

Lack of sleep is also a crucial cause of stress and anxiety. We have to provide a good sleeping environment in order to make ourselves emotionally stable and fit. Good sleep hygiene contributes to cognitive functions.
In order to get relief from stress, we have to spread our social activities. As you know, a human is a social animal, so he cannot live alone. He has to improve his social relationships.
Social relations are a big diagnostic for the dangerous stress disease.
Another diagnostic for reducing stress and anxiety You should have some tasks and goals in your life. Try to live in a situation that has a goal, and try to achieve it.
One of the main reasons for reducing stress is a balanced diet. A balanced diet is a must for both physical and mental health. It is also helpful for stress reduction. Always focus on the positive aspects of life; don't focus on negativity; it brings prosperity and gives a realistic goal in life.
