Understanding the term Preacher in a broad way, it is that person who transmits a message, evangelizes, delivers a sermon, advises, gives recommendations and teaches, the preacher can also be recognized as a communicator who carries a message to the masses or to a specific group trying to root an idea in the minds and hearts of the listeners.
There is a wide spectrum of preachers, some more charismatic than others, with more knowledge or pedagogy than others and that in general terms could be called "The good preacher", however, in my opinion the preacher must transcend these parameters or standard where many preachers fit to become "The good preacher".
A good preacher is not only the one who can captivate his audience, transmit a message in the most understandable and convincing way and this can be an easy parameter to overcome for any preacher.
The good preacher beyond his skills as a communicator must "preach by example", it is not possible to conceive a good preacher who does not believe and live the message he wants to communicate to others, the truth he tries to implant in the multitudes, a good preacher lives what he preaches and becomes the palpable example of the message he preaches.
Charisma, clarity in the message, lexicon and understanding of the message is fine, however, none of these things can overcome a preacher who lives to be an example of his own message, one that when people hear him preach they see the reflection of his message in their own life, so, if we intend to be good preachers besides learning to communicate a message we must be willing to apply everything we teach in our own life.
I have already said it...
