We are entering 2023 and there are many things that are now being implemented, restarting activities in an organization after the end of the year can be a tedious activity, since most of the time it is necessary to make some adjustments after an exhaustive analysis of the achievements and failures of the year that is coming to an end.
Generally, every time we start a new year we make an assessment, an analysis of the objectives set at the beginning of the previous year, and based on our achievements we make adjustments, discard objectives, set new ones or retake those that are in the process of being achieved.
In an organization where different groups work in different areas or work fronts, a year of work highlights the mental strength, emotional intelligence and capabilities of some group leaders, as well as group members.
This time also highlights the growth, learning and ability to adapt of these same actors, it is there where the main leader together with the whole group must make a decision of who should continue to lead some task to achieve better performance of the group.
This decision can be based on different criteria, however, in my personal opinion everything will depend on the motivation with which new challenges are faced and the level of growth obtained by leaders and group members in the previous year.
Once all this is determined, we start the activities of each group on different dates, giving them the level of importance that each one requires and the necessary protocol to motivate the group members to start activities with extra motivation.
Personally, this week our work groups have already started activities with a deadline of January 11, so blessings to all and a successful 2023.
