La Frontera. Como no estar triste.
The Border. How not to be sad.
Esta es mi Interpretación de la fotografía
This is my Interpretation of the photograph
We see a child, very sad, leaning against a wall, holding on to a barbed wire fence, in the back, you can hardly see a girl sitting, she seems to be talking to another person, in the distance there are some houses that you can see very blurry. It cannot be distinguished.
Aquí mi historia de la foto.
The Border. How not to be sad.
Pedrito came to the border with his sister, to say goodbye to his mother, who is leaving, to go to work on the other side of the border. And so they don't keep having work. They may have to eat, his sister, his grandmother and for him. With his sad face and waiting for his mother to regret it and turn around and come back.
Her sister is so upset with her mother that she does not even turn to see her leave, she preferred to sit down and talk with the first one she met. The boy stood on a concrete wall that is slowly being destroyed. He put on his best clothes so that his mother would not forget the last day she saw him, with his light green and gray plaid shirt with her lucky light red and white fabric. the houses are deteriorating. there's no food. Life is difficult where they live, that's why his mother made that decision .
