Despite Liliane's persistence that she wasn't available to date, Steve showed up at her doorstep on a Friday night to take her out to dinner.
This happened after many convincing through phone calls and text messages. He had an answer for every excuse she came up with.
When Liliane mentioned that she had no sitter for her six-year-old son, Steve agreed to take him along with them.
The dinner date turned out to be perfect, beyond the couple's expectations. After Liliane helped her son to bed, they talked late into the night. Within six months, Steve and Liliane tied the knot.
