1. Not sure why you cited a nuclear agreement, maybe you are confused with Iran. Gaza or the West Bank never had involvement with any nuclear possibility.

In 2023 Hamas terrorists, the group that controls Gaza, killed 1200 Israelis and captured 240 hostages, some of whom were returned, but still some of them are there. It is a complicated situation that also brings so many civilian casualties.
