There are so many things Emily thought she should worry about, like most importantly her illness. Her anxiety prevented her from having a good night sleep, so she had to take pills for it, so that she could sleep for a few hours. "People suffer in different ways," Emily thought to herself. However, when she opened her Instagram feed she wondered if most people are fine, without any major issues. Only a few are suffering, and she was one of those people. A few years ago she was fine, but then something happened, an accident on the road and she became anxious ever since.
"There is only one way to stop worrying and that is to change the past." Emily Thought to herself. But, there is no way to manipulate time. She knew that time travel is fictional, but maybe she could change it with the power of her mind. She read some articles about changing the past with the mind. It needs a lot of mental work and practice, it seems that she should have a personal trainer to teach her how to train her mind to erase that past incident.
Emily searched online and found a time travelling trainer. The trainer was a woman who managed to heal her own disease with her mind. Her name was Anastasia.
Anastasia taught Emily how to change the past in her mind with a few techniques, and positive thinking was one of those techniques. Emily with the help of Anastasia changed how she thought about her past incident, and her sleep was better. It was a lot of work to not think negatively of a negative incident, but it was accomplishable. She no longer worried about her sleep.
