En el año 2021, se logra llevar la propuesta ante la Asamblea Nacional de Venezuela para someter a votación la propuesta del Día del Rock Nacional, la cual fue aprobada por unanimidad.

Hemos tenido que llenarnos de muchas fuerzas para no dejarnos abatir por un lado, por el burocratismo de estado, con la finalidad de concientizar a los responsales de las entidades culturales a nivel distrital, regional, nacional y a la sociedad en general qué el ROCK forma parte de la cultura venezolana donde todas y todos, tenemos derecho a ejercer nuestras actividades culturales, que el rock no es foráneo ya que forma parte de nuestras raíces afrodecendientes la cual parte a raíz del Blues y Gospell y por otro lado, las pseudo productoras de eventos y locales que en su necedad, buscan seguir explotando a las bandas venezolanas, en no pagarles a las bandas por su trabajo, en hacer que las bandas paguen por tocar en una tarima, ya que formar una banda y tocar, es un oficio, es una labor, donde hay locales que por tu oficio pretenden pagarte con licor de muy mala calidad.
