A few days ago, I wrote a post about the "Kafeel System in KSA." In it I mentioned the difficult circumstances my brother went through there, how he was feeling and how his health gradually deteriorated to the point where it has come to this.
today, he is on dialysis.
even writing this makes my heart heavy every other day he has to go to the hospital be hooked up to machines, and every time the thought of how long this cycle will continue lingers in his mind. So today I am asking you all a honest question:
Which is better: dialysis or a kidney transplant?
Is it safer to be on dialysis? Or is a transplant a better solution long-term?
and if we go with a transplant, the biggest question is Is it okay for the kidney donor? Does the person who donates their kidney have a normal life? Are there any health issues I should face afterward?
I m honestly quite confused doctors also speak differently and everyone has a different opinion. So I thought I'd ask you guys here maybe someone has faced this themselves or someone close friends have.
If you have any experience advice or any real facts that can help please share.
This isn't just a post its a brothers concern.
