I feel the bag was kept intentionally, considering how it is kept properly.
the story
Samuel and Jacob are sibling who lived in a small village where they have to walk two kilometers to school every day. Carrying bags to school was another added to burden to them as they walk. They agreed to put their books in one bag, so as to share the distance each person will carry the bag to. The sharing was made easy for them, as there was a sign board along the road to their school with the caption, one kilometer to Ajakuna primary school. One person was to carry the bag from their house to the place where there is the sign board while the other, will take it from there to school.
On the occasion where the bag was kept in the middle of the road was when Jacob had carried the bag from their house to the place where Samuel was to collect the bag to school, and Samuel refused collecting it. " collect the bag, it your turn to carry it" Jacob said, after he had reach the location where Samuel was to collect the bag to school. "carry it to school, am your senior, can't I ask you to do something? " Samuel said. " I won't carry it, collect it now, or I drop it here" Jacob threatened. " drop it, if you can" Samuel challenged Jacob. " OK. I will drop it here, if it get lost, you will explain to mom what happened" Jacob said. And he dropped the bag in the middle of the road. And they both walked to school leaving the bag behind in the middle of the road. That was when the above picture was captured.
