After returning home after my marriage on December 28th, 2023, I want you all to greet me since it wasn't only a marriage; it was December, and my siblings and I were overjoyed for this marriage, even if we forgot it was December "the heart of winters". There was too much cold outside our home, but we forget there are some individuals who contain "cold heart" anyhow, I have no issue with this sort of people, I simply want to introduce about the weddings in Pakistan.
Nobody in our group considered what might happen next; we were all too eager. We were eager for the wedding because we didn't know the bride and groom expect their names. Another reason for our over excitement is our usual or traditional Pakistani system, in which children or girls are not allowed to go to any wedding or celebration since they are too young to go out of the city or in a public location, therefore this is our first time going to any venue or wedding in our whole lives.
Let us start our trip together.
Pakistan is a beautiful country and one of the top ten countries for tourists. We started our journey from Lahore and took a car to the airport. Our flight was scheduled for 6 a.m., but we missed it. We decided to weigh at the airport until the next flight. I was thinking that I would die of boredom here, but the nice thing is that I met a girl there. I was finding my airpods, which I had in my handbag but are now invisible.

I move my head out of disappointment and heard a voice of a girl giving me airpods "we can share it" i smiled and accept her airpod and I feel myself out of this world because her music taste was soo good i put airpod out of my ear and start talking to her and I don't know when time passes and time for the next flight comes upon us she was also on her way to Karachi so both of us want to the same way i realise it's not always strange to talk to a stranger.
We traveled to Karachi for almost 2 hours and were greeted by family members who picked us up and dropped us off at the wedding home. Despite the fact that there were many guests, Pakistanis were welcoming and provided us with a hot cup of tea, snacks, and sweets. Unfortunately, we did not have a peaceful place to sit because all of our seniors have taken up all of the beds, there is no room for young people like us.
After eating something we went upstairs (myself and my siblings) since it was too cold in December. We all started taking pictures in different poses and spent over an hour and a half outside in the cold. Then I noticed signs of fever and illness in myself. The same thing happened with my brothers.

It was a mehndi ceremony at night, and we were all suffering from fevers at the time. I realized how sensitive we all are by ignoring our fevers and getting ready for the mehndi function, which began at 11 p.m. Despite the fever, we had a great time at the mehndi function. Each individual is given a plate with mehndi and candles, and bride are seated next to everyone. After the arrival of the mehndi plates, elders begin to give omen and sweets to the bride, and her maid collects them.
We all slept almost 3 o'clock and again wakeup to say prayer at 5 o'clock and after that we went to salon for our makeover for the official wedding reception function after getting ready i feel myself look like a princess since I choose to wear black maxi which looks wonderful upon me and my makeup charms my looks i simply straight my hairs with no hair style keep them free of ponytail everyone was praising me and my looks i was so happy about this.
We went to a wedding venue, ate delicious food, and had a great time. This wedding was unforgettable for me.
If you have any unforgettable memories, please share them with me.
