the congress (legislature) won't change anything or make any moves, but they are not cowed or scared, and also do not suffer any lethargy. they are just part of a (corrupted) system that works very well for them and they see no reason to change, no matter which party is in power. this is why Brazil will never change.
suggestion: next time post the portuguese version in the same post. posting the same content just translated in different posts is not well seen in hive ecosystem.
