No estás vieja, estás viva.
Y mientras haya vida, hay elección.
No te anules.
Quien de verdad te ama va a entender.

After 60, there are things we can no longer sacrifice for anyone.
Not for children, not for grandchildren, not for anyone.
The first is physical and mental health:
Without it, you don't live, you barely survive.
It's not worth wearing yourself out for those who don't value your effort.
The second is time:
You've spent your whole life rushing around for others.
Now it's your turn to live at your own pace, calmly, with pleasure.
The third is your money:
Retirement isn't for supporting anyone.
You've worked too hard to now live frugally just to please others.
The fourth is your peace of mind:
Not getting involved in other people's problems or putting up with disrespect just to keep the family together.
And the fifth is your dreams:
Because yes, there's still time.
You're not old, you're alive.
And as long as there's life, there's choice.
Don't let yourself go. Whoever truly loves you will understand.
