To make progress in life, we can't be alone on that journey; we must have mutual understanding with the surrounding people and proceed with the flow. It's not like getting stuck with the mass or just going solo; there needs to be a collaboration to stay on the right track and have the constant push to keep going forward.
I was thinking about my workplace, all of a sudden, I sat in my chair and was thinking about what I did throughout the whole day. How far have I completed my assigned tasks? What's my progress? Where am I getting slowed down? I am trying to cover a picture of the performance. I checked in even before the office time. Why? I had some pending tasks that were getting delayed due to my ignorance, and no matter what, I was determined to get done with that today, anyhow. Finally, I did that.
So what worked out there? First of all, anything we wanna do needs a strong determination that is enough to eradicate any kind of unimportant stuff. Thats what I did, I kept on focusing on my today's tasks no matter what was happening on the side. I did it, and then I woke up from my chair.
I got seniors, and the fun fact is, it's always amazing to get someone by our side who will guide us on and on, and learn something new each and every day. That's why I mentioned about the collaborative journey in the first place, like we can't go alone, we must have faith and trust in ourselves. I have also seen a few who wanted to wander alone. Had two reasons, one is to cover up the weakness from others' eyes, and the other is to be different, like the lone wolf to get the credit all by himself.
I have seen many types of people, hard-working ones as well, and also the people who are cheaters at work. In both cases, there are certain rules and things to pay attention to. I have always maintained a balance in my workplace, and have always stayed between taking extreme stress or not taking any at all. I have always known extreme stress makes no sense at all; it ends up hampering instead. Instead, we can have a balance, know when to take how much of stress and when to relax a little bit. At the end of the day, we are humans, not robots, right?
Well, thing one went a little messy i guess. I had started this to write something, and got flooded with something else. Something crucial has hit in between, and that's the reason. I was complete blank fr an hour, and got to end it somehow.
