Do you see the patterns around us? We do everything in a specific way. Even When we go bathing we still start with the same part of the body every time.
I can recognize my pattern.
I wake up, drunk my coffee almost in the same cup because I have 2 favorites. I dress up and go to the office. Then Lunch at the lunch break. I go to the shop for some food and then I go home. You may say it is a routine, I say this is a pattern.
What happens when the patterns are destroyed? WE START TO LIVE. What I mean, when we add something different in our routine we make our body and mind stressed and they are searching how to go back to the routine, our levels of serotonin increase from the "break" routine action. This could be a walk after work or going with a friend for a cup of tea or coffee, or going to a new shop to check what new clothes they have.
This makes us happy! Or at least me.

Have you thought that this new guy makes the same things to you as the previous one? Things like cheating, drinking, bad behavior, or gambling that you definitely don't like.
Change the pattern and find your true happiness for yourself not for the others ONLY FOR YOU.
