This is my post for #freewriters 2293 prompt don’t be so negative! hosted by
A week ago yesterday a friend and man who ran the fish house told his wife of 47 years that he did not feel like eating dinner and went to bed. The next morning his wife tried to wake him because he had overslept. He passed away, they said he had a massive heart attack. He never knew he had any problems with his heart.
Today we said goodbye to Danny, all of the fishermen were there, even the big boss from the Cape, who is the owner of the fish house. His wife felt the love from the stories that were told and the love that flowed through the air, it was like Danny was there with her.
This also happened to another friend about ten years ago, he told his wife he did not feel well and went to bed, and his wife found him. I wonder how many women this happens to? I pray that I am never one of them.
When thinking about your odds of having a heart attack, if you are between the ages of 20-29 out of 100,000 people 2.1 will have a heart attack, but by age 40 and over the positivity of having one jumps to 97.6 of the people. But most heart attacks happen between 65-72 years old.
Don't be so negative! and think this will happen to you, I am not saying this because you are this age you will have a heart attack, just be aware of the warning signs and if there is any doubt, go to the hospital, it could save your life.
