We had a little issue in the group that I am part of, the issue escalated for about 2 days and our group leader was not around to solve the problem. Because he had some explanations to make for the group.
So I decided to step in and address the issues, so I did some explanation to calm the issue down pending when our leader will come online to explain everything. So I tried all I could and the problem was a bit calm.
But when my leader finally came online, all what he said corresponded to what I earlier said.
