Not in the boisterous, encouraging style people yell online. Not in the "new week, new body" sort of stress. Just the plain facts we keep ignoring.
Most of the time, it's not that we don't know. We feel it throughout our bodies. The stiffness we encounter when we awaken. The erratic weariness that comes too readily. The way sitting for too long starts to feel normal when it really should not be.
And yet we still postpone it.
No viewers. No clapping.
Sometimes it's just about feeling better within your own body. Getting better breathing. Moving without discomfort. Being energized lasts more than a few hours.
There is no necessity to overthink it.
Choose something modest and stick with it. Particularly at the beginning, consistency counts more than intensity.
Because eventually it becomes not like work.
You start doing it for yourself, not because someone told you should but rather because you can feel the change when you don't.
We have to move around.
