I would love to agree with you to some extent and also disagree with you because I believe a lot of people/ whales on the hive block chain have taken more advantages of the down voting system and thereby creating bots to constantly downvote peoples post regardless of how amazing the persons write-up tends to be and that hinders the writers from expressing their selves which makes them not to grow on the hive block chain
