What I see:
This is a picture of a girl standing at an entrance of the passage of two planets, with a ray of light from the sun shining from one planet to the other.
What I feel:
What this picture means to me is a girl standing on a threshold of two worlds, and on that threshold, she sees a light shining from a new world and looks back at the old world trying to say goodbye to the old dark world she's leaving behind, though feeling a bit nostalgic leaving it behind, but getting ready to embrace a new brighter and shiny world. The threshold she's standing on is the beginning of a brighter world.
The narration of the story of what I think:
David used to be a God-fearing guy, calm and cool-headed. Unfortunately, he was introduced to drugs by his friends and lost his way completely. He became a nuisance to himself and society, neglected his only parent (his Mom), dropped out of school, and neglected everything he had going on, he became a complete drug addict. In the process, lost his mother and even refused to attend her burial.
David later started responding to the behavioral effects of drug abuse. The hallucination started gradually and later led to a strong mental illness. He lost everything and everyone around him and was like life had ended completely for him.
But fate smiled upon him, he was picked up by an NGO, rehabilitated him and he became normal again. The NGO invested in him, empowered him, and gave him a second chance. He looked back in tears at the dark old life he used to live and was ready to embrace the new bright and shiny life that called upon him.
