Tiara left Steve because she didn't get that promotion, probably it bruise her ego. Of course, Steve was heartbroken because he was hoping to live his life with Tiara forever. But, Steve thought hurt ego makes you less valuable. Steve will hardly forget Tiara for the rest of his life
