Have you ever loved for the glam...?
Have you ever lived, always primed for the gram...?
This piece was inspired by a phrase from 's comment on one of my previous writings...
It's a slightly different version of the last line of this poem..
Please enjoy...

We had blissful mornings, and perfect nights,
You were my little flower; and I, your shining knight..
Ours was a love story, most wished they had,
It was the perfect marriage, Cupid's own right hand...
But beneath all that, we were worlds apart,
The darlings of all, but two strangers at heart..
We painted a picture, too good not to sell,
But behind the scenes, there were sad stories to tell..
Of hateful mornings, and lonely long nights,
Of a broken wildflower, and a prickly wild knight..
Ours was a love story, most wished they had..
It was beautifully crafted, yet hauntingly sad..
