Feeling not good because I have wasted a lots of time in the morning for the morning sleep. My all day work remain pending for the afternoon. Actually it was my fault as last night I found an interesting movie and couldn’t resist myself to watch the movie. As a result I awake late night and slept after 1am. When woke up it was already 5 am. Thankfully attended my prayers and slept again as I was feeling exhausted.
For a healthy adult person 6-8 hours sleep is a must and I just had morning sleep to complete my sleeping hours and remain pending work on the morning. I woke up again in 9 am and start doing my regular activities online. I wrote a blog and shared it. Later I had breakfast and shower. It almost my noon prayer time and lunch time too but unfortunately I'm not yet done with my regular activities online as an author and designer.
Morning sleep is a time killer, it doesn’t bring anything good for us. I miss the morning bird in me and want to be productive like before. I have to sleep after 10 pm according to a healthy lifestyle routine and I should wake up at 4 am for morning prayer and activities. No more morning sleep as it spoil my day almost. Its been such a long time when I didn’t sleep in the morning. Sleeping in the morning is a unhealthy habit and I have to fight against this bad habit already found in me.
Sometimes we can't follow the routine we should and later regret for it. Now I've to work when I should rest and this is the story of everyday that need to change.
