Something happened in my office today, I was indeed shocked. We where called out for an emergency, on getting there.
We saw a girl of 21 years unconscious, in the process of clacking slash stabilizing the patient, we found out she had done an abortion.
When we asked further, trying to get patients history and others, I realized that, a friend had influenced and convinced her into it. Said her friend told her to get rid of the baby that she was to young to carry a child or give birth to a child. That her friend went further to help her purchase the drug and to be honest she does not know the drug. She said there was no name on the drug, that her friend just gave it to her and she drank.
During, our conversation, I realized that; the father of the child was ready to take responsibility for both her and his child, but she had gone ahead to do her wish.
A lot of things crossed my mind, I remembered other cases that I had come seen and handled and I found out that many persons or people; had taken decisions not because they wished but due to wrong associations that they had kept.
So long as association is concern, persons, people and friends you associate with will determine who you become.
No wonder the saying that bad communication corrupts good manner is not a lie or vain. Learn to associate right, and mingle with people who are ready to make right decisions not minding where or what condition you find yourself.
Making right or wrong decision is solely determined by who is walk or mingle with, associate wisely. God bless us all.
