James is going to retire at retirement age and try to open a restaurant by saving money to make money.
I am researching with my wife what to make and sell.
I'm cooking hard in the kitchen again today.
Fresh ingredients were trimmed and used to make delicious soup dishes.
After he finished, James tasted it.
But the taste he wanted didn't come out.
I spent a few days studying food and making various dishes.
My beard grew a lot, maybe because I was worried about it for a few days.
Olivia asks.
"How does it taste, honey?"
"Well, it's not what I want? What's missing?" James says, as if he's solving a difficult problem.
Olivia looks at the record of cooking recipes that she's recorded so far
"You made it with fresh ingredients. Then it should taste good. I'll taste it, too."
Olivia tastes it.
"It tastes bland."
"Honey, take a break. I'll get you some coffee." Olivia makes coffee for her husband and places it on the table.
"Honey, the harder things go, the more you don't worry too much and rest."
"Well, okay. Thank you for the coffee." James drinks coffee.
It's snowing outside the window now.
James and Olivia's cooking research continued.
'What should I do to make the soup strong?' James ponders.
James, in deep agony, suddenly came up with an idea.
"Honey, I thought of it," James says, as if the blocked problem had been solved.
"You have to make broth to taste the deep soup. And it needs to be aged."
After various attempts, I came to make a recipe for vegetable broth.
James makes broth using vegetables without using meat.
Prepare vegetable broth ingredients such as radish, celery, carrot, onion, cabbage, dried pepper, and whole pepper.
Then, boil the broth for 6 hours. And let it mature until the next day.
Put the aged broth and boil it with fresh ingredients such as kimchi and green onions.
As a result, it was a huge success.
James and Olivia opened a kimchi stew restaurant in New York.

It was a kimchi stew dish using Korean kimchi.
Every person who ate praised it.
"The soup is real and cool."

There is constant praise for many dishes.

A lot of customers are visiting kimchi stew restaurants in New York today.
