If you ever liked bread let's say it's over after you been a schoolchild in a Hungarian school or you worked there for several years. What you see on the photo is the most optimistic version of a sandwich. In reality, the slice of bread is thicker and the piece of paprika is about 1/4 the of what you see. Hungarians are proud of red paprika because it was a Hungarian who discovered it contains vitamin C. I guess it's something to be proud of although the average Hungarian hardly has money to buy it and eat fruits and vegetables. Can be it's available in Budapest the city (and region) that feels itself too good to belong to the rest of the country but on the country side life looks different. Many shops are empty especially if you visit the villages. It feels as if the supermarkets only get the left overs delivered. It's known the trash is sold to Hungary and the few good products are sold. I wonder what all those other countries think if they export their trash (stupid Hungarians what do they know?) Can be it's the reason the average cooked meal is low quality and that's why most cooked meals are always served cold. It's cooked hours earlier and cold and if you ask for warm french fries they look ugly and put it in the microwave.
