Melody in Rain

Let floods come,
Let them wash and purge
The fallow ground.
Let the rain purify and
Cause the floral blooms
Withhold not the streams
But open wide the gates
A blush of sun reveals
A rainbow set right.
Once again..
Let the stars shine bright
In the inky sky,
The moon casts shadow
Upon the night hunters.
Chase the wild brook
Laughing in the valley
Not far from my heart
And home.
My sleep is sweet,
And world complete
With God my certain home.
