I didn’t even plan to sleep.
I was just lying down for a moment, doing nothing, thinking about the most random things.
One thought turned into another and another , and slowly everything went quiet.
I don’t even remember when I fell asleep.
But for a short time, everything felt… peaceful.
Like no overthinking, no noise, no pressure. Just peace and silence.
Then I woke up.
Nothing had really changed.
Same room, same thoughts waiting for me again.
But for those few minutes, it felt like I had escaped from reality.
Maybe that’s what a quick nap really is...
not just rest, but a small break from your own mind.
