Scroll through social media, and everything looks so perfect.
Smiles, happy moments, perfect pictures…
it feels like everyone is living a perfect life but that's not true.
But the truth is often different.
Behind those pictures, behind those fake smiles, there are bad days, stress, overthinking, and things no one shows.
The same person who posts a happy photo might have cried just moments before.
Still, we post the good parts.
We hide the rest.
Not always to lie… sometimes just to look okay.
Sometimes to fit in.
And slowly, this becomes normal.
We start comparing our real life to someone else’s highlights.
Forgetting that what we see isn’t the full truth.
It’s strange how a screen can show so much…
and still hide the real person's identity.
Social media is fake, so enjoy your real moments.
Maybe not everything we see is a lie...
but it’s not completely true either.
