Nuestra comunidad se ha caracterizado por funcionar en modo Scout, sobre todo porque nos gusta estar siempre listos, pero en febrero quisimos involucrar al ecosistema y saber cuántos usuarios conocían sobre los valores que esa organización, o si habían experimentado directamente el hecho de ser un Scout.

Quizás la mayoría solo vio el movimiento Scout en las películas, o conocía por referencia todo aquello que un guía de esta organización representa, pero también descubrimos que muchos tuvieron la fantasía de pertenecer sin que ello se volviera realidad.

Agradecemos cada uno de los hivers que se unieron a la iniciativa, así como también el apoyo de los moderadores y curadores de la comunidad que también enriquecieron la experiencia con sus aporte acertados. Vaya nuestra inmensa gratitud a todos los proyectos de curación que pasan por la comunidad y apoyan a los autores que hacen vida en la misma sin importar las circunstancias. Como la una gran colmena que somos, cada uno de sus componentes somos importantes: autores, comunidades y por supuesto, los proyectos de curación.

Our community has always operated in Scout mode, mainly because we like to be prepared at all times, but in February we wanted to involve the ecosystem and find out how many users knew about the values of that organisation, or whether they had any direct experience of being a Scout.

Perhaps most had only seen the Scout movement in films, or knew by reference everything that a guide from this organisation represents, but we also discovered that many had fantasised about belonging without it ever becoming a reality.

We are grateful to each of the Hivers who joined the initiative, as well as to the community moderators and curators who also enriched the experience with their insightful contributions. Our immense gratitude goes out to all the curation projects that pass through the community and support the authors who bring it to life, regardless of the circumstances. Like the great hive that we are, each of its components is important: authors, communities and, of course, curation projects.

Y como siempre estamos listos, en pocos días daremos a conocer el tema que será protagonista de la iniciativa de marzo, con la expectativa de contar con más participaciones de parte de los miembros asiduos a la comunidad y también de nuevos hivers que aporten sus puntos de vista al respecto.
Cabe destacar que nosotros seguimos apostando por la interacción y el flujo de ideas que permitan generar más bloques en nuestra blockchain, así que los invitamos a estar atentos, para que participen en cada uno de los proyectos que genera nuestra comunidad, como parte de nuestra estrategia para mantener activas nuestras cuentas y todo el ecosistema, aumentando nuestra marca personal, y sobre todo, que la colmena se mantenga generando muchas transacciones cotidianas.

Rogamos leer las reglas de la comunidad, así como también de las iniciativas y, por supuesto, entender la filosofía de nuestro ecosistema. En esta comunidad, pregonamos la calidad, ante la cantidad. Y siempre aplaudiremos contenidos originales, con percepciones y/u opiniones personales, sobre el tema tratado. Creemos que todos podemos sumar valor, al ecosistema. También recuerden, que somos humanos y como todos, podemos cometer errores, pero la idea es consensuar y el norte, siempre será primero HIVE.

And as we are always ready, in a few days we will announce the theme that will be the focus of the March initiative, with the expectation of having more participation from regular members of the community and also from new hivers who will contribute their points of view on the matter.

It should be noted that we remain committed to interaction and the flow of ideas that allow us to generate more blocks in our blockchain, so we invite you to stay tuned and participate in each of the projects generated by our community, as part of our strategy to keep our accounts and the entire ecosystem active, increasing our personal brand, and above all, ensuring that the hive continues to generate many daily transactions.

Please read the community rules, as well as those for the initiatives, and, of course, understand the philosophy of our ecosystem. In this community, we prioritize quality over quantity. We will always applaud original content with personal perspectives and/or opinions on the topic at hand. We believe everyone can add value to the ecosystem. Also, remember that we are all human and, like everyone else, we can make mistakes, but the goal is to reach consensus, and our guiding principle will always be "HIVE first."
