¿Qué nos queda de la Pascua?...
Interesante pregunta, me hice hoy, cuando ya el furor de la Semana Santa, se apaciguó, cuando la emoción por comer chocolates también y lo más importante, cuando nuestra fe en Dios, se reafirmó, por lo menos a quienes asistimos a sus oficios religiosos. Estas fotografías, las tomé de una hermosa exposición, precisamente en plena Semana Santa.
¿Qué hacer, con tantas cosas lindas que quedaron frías, de estas visitas?, ¿Qué hacer con el chocolate que compramos en exceso, con las cajitas y los conejitos de tela hechos a mano?
Tal vez, aún hay mucho por hacer con todas estas cosas que nos quedaron pendiente, después de algunos excesos.
Por ejemplo, las figuras en tela de los conejitos, están estupendas, como para decorar un cuarto de bebé, o algún espacio lindo que tengamos en casa. Las cestas hermosas y hechas en tela de colores pastel, siguen siendo útiles, porque las podemos continuar usando para guardar los huevos del día a día en nuestras cocinas. Las galletas que aparecen en una de las imágenes en forma de conejos, ya forman parte, al menos las que compré del recuerdo, y los excesos de dulces y chocolate, tan solo se detienen por un tiempito, mientras llega el momento de acompañar ese chocolate, con unos deliciosos churros o medias lunas. Los globos que dicen Felices Pascuas, se guardan para el año que viene. Listo, solucionado el problema de lo que se quedó frío… Alguna otra sugerencia de tu parte, también sería útil. What remains of Easter?
An interesting question, I asked myself today, when the Holy Week frenzy had subsided, when the excitement of eating chocolate had subsided, and most importantly, when our faith in God was reaffirmed, at least for those who attended its religious services. I took these photographs of a beautiful exhibition, right in the middle of Holy Week.
What should we do with so many beautiful things that were left cold from these visits? What should we do with the chocolate we bought in excess, with the little boxes and the handmade fabric bunnies?
Perhaps there is still much to do with all these things we left unfinished, after some excesses.
For example, the fabric bunny figurines are wonderful, perfect for decorating a nursery or some nice space we have in our home. The beautiful baskets made of pastel-colored fabric are still useful because we can continue using them to store our everyday eggs in our kitchens. The cookies that appear in one of the images in the shape of bunnies are already part of the season, at least the ones I bought as souvenirs, and the excesses of sweets and chocolate are only temporarily suspended, waiting for the moment to accompany that hot chocolate with some delicious churros or croissants. The balloons that say Happy Easter are saved for next year. There you go, the problem of what's left cold is solved... Any other suggestions from you would also be helpful. Best regards and love.
