Hoy me acerco a este espacio lleno de afecto y unión para compartir una fecha muy especial en mi vida: el cumpleaños número 47 de mi amada esposa Gesmary Sierra 🎂❤️.
Quiero saludar con cariño a los moderadores y a todos los que hacen posible que esta comunidad sea un lugar de encuentro, apoyo y familia virtual. 🙏💙 En este rincón siempre encontramos la oportunidad de abrir el corazón y dejar huellas imborrables.
Hoy lo hago con una emoción enorme, porque no todos los días se cumplen 47 primaveras, y menos aún de la mujer que me acompaña en cada paso, que ilumina mi camino con su sonrisa y que es la razón de muchos de mis sueños y alegrías. 🌟💐
Los invito a acompañarme en este viaje de palabras y sentimientos, porque lo que quiero compartirles hoy va mucho más allá de un cumpleaños… es una historia de amor, de lucha y de vida que los atrapará hasta el último párrafo.

Hay historias que no se escriben en las páginas de un libro, sino en el alma de quienes las viven. La nuestra, Gesmary, comenzó hace ya muchos años, cuando yo tenía apenas 17 y tú 13. Eran tiempos de inocencia, de miradas tímidas y sueños grandes, sin saber que estábamos dando el primer paso hacia una vida entera juntos. Ese noviazgo juvenil se fue transformando en un lazo tan fuerte que resistió las pruebas del tiempo, las dificultades de la vida y los cambios que enfrentamos como pareja. Hoy, mirando atrás, puedo decir que todo valió la pena, porque contigo he aprendido lo que significa amar de verdad, luchar sin rendirse y construir un futuro desde la nada.

De ese amor nacieron dos regalos inmensos: Jorge Luis y nuestra querida María de Jesús. Ellos nos enseñaron el verdadero significado de ser padres, de sacrificar horas de sueño, de trabajar sin descanso, de darlo todo por quienes amamos. Criarlos fue, y sigue siendo, una tarea llena de esfuerzo, pero también de satisfacciones, porque cada risa, cada abrazo y cada logro de ellos ha sido siempre una recompensa al sacrificio. Hoy Jorge Luis es nuestro orgullo, y aunque nuestra María de Jesús partió al cielo a los 13 años, sabemos que su espíritu sigue acompañándonos. Yo estoy convencido de que ella hoy tiene organizada una gran fiesta allá arriba, celebrando el cumpleaños de su mamá, con globos, risas y travesuras. Y como siempre, en mis pensamientos le digo que se porte bien, porque si no, papá Dios la va a regañar. Esa es la forma en que sigo sintiendo su presencia, no con tristeza, sino con la certeza de que ella vive en la eternidad y se une desde allá a esta celebración.

Nuestra vida no ha sido fácil, pero siempre ha estado llena de fe y de esperanza. Dejamos atrás Venezuela, nuestra tierra, con todo lo que representaba: familia, amigos, recuerdos, raíces. Salimos con el corazón cargado de nostalgia, pero también con la decisión de buscar un mejor futuro. Emigrar no fue sencillo, fueron muchas las lágrimas, las dudas y los sacrificios, pero también fue una prueba que nos unió aún más. Hemos tenido que empezar de nuevo, aprender, adaptarnos, luchar cada día, y en todo ese proceso, Gesmary, siempre has estado a mi lado, con esa fuerza que me inspira y con ese amor que me sostiene. Por eso este cumpleaños no es solo tuyo, es también un recordatorio de todo lo que hemos superado y de lo mucho que todavía podemos lograr juntos.

Hoy, en tus 47 años, quiero celebrar no solo el paso del tiempo, sino la mujer maravillosa en la que te has convertido. Eres mi compañera, mi amiga, mi confidente y mi mayor motivo de orgullo. There are stories that are not written on the pages of a book, but in the soul of those who live them. Ours, Gesmary, began many years ago, when I was only 17 and you were 13. Those were times of innocence, of shy glances and big dreams, without knowing that we were taking the very first step toward a whole life together. That youthful romance slowly transformed into a bond so strong that it withstood the tests of time, the difficulties of life, and the many changes we faced as a couple. Today, looking back, I can say that it was all worth it, because with you I have learned what it truly means to love, to fight without giving up, and to build a future from nothing.

From that love came two immense gifts: Jorge Luis and our beloved María de Jesús. They taught us the true meaning of being parents sacrificing hours of sleep, working tirelessly, giving everything for those we love. Raising them was, and still is, a task full of effort but also of joy, because every laugh, every hug, and every achievement of theirs has always been a reward for the sacrifice. Today Jorge Luis is our pride, and although our María de Jesús went to heaven at the age of 13, we know her spirit is still with us. I am convinced that today she has organized a great party up there, celebrating her mother’s birthday with balloons, laughter, and mischief. And as always, in my thoughts I tell her to behave, because if not, God will scold her. That is how I keep her presence alive not with sadness, but with the certainty that she lives in eternity and joins this celebration from above.

Our life has not been easy, but it has always been filled with faith and hope. We left Venezuela, our homeland, with everything it represented: family, friends, memories, and roots. We left with our hearts heavy with nostalgia, but also with the determination to seek a better future. Emigrating was not simple there were many tears, doubts, and sacrifices but it was also a test that brought us even closer. We had to start over, learn, adapt, and fight every single day. And through all of that, Gesmary, you have always been by my side, with the strength that inspires me and the love that sustains me. That is why this birthday is not only yours; it is also a reminder of everything we have overcome and of everything we still can achieve together.
