Cuando Marcelo me dice sobre la posible reunión, lo primero que pensé fue que estamos a fin de mes y no siempre cuento con el dinero para armar una mesa como me gustaría. Pero por supuesto, cuando uno es creativo, todo fluye de la mejor manera. Además, es una reunión que se venía dilatando desde hace tiempo. Mi hijo Genaro

When Marcelo told me about the possible meeting, my first thought was that we are at the end of the month and I don't always have the money to set up a table as I would like. A las 11:00 hs de la mañana Marco y su esposa llegarían y estaba un tanto atrasada, pero por suerte informaron que estaban retrasados y que llegarían más tarde. Respire profundo, prepare unos mates y pude concluir las elaboraciones. La primera en llegar fue Nurys

Para la entrada preparé Humus con palta, acompañado con galletitas (no saque fotos 😌). El plato fue algo sencillo y fueron unas papas con verduras al horno. También preparé bondiola al horno (bondiola es un corte de carne de cerdo), que lo acompañe con algo de arroz y la estrella, por los comentarios que recibió fue la chipa Guazú (típico del Paraguay, mi país natal). Adicionalmente, preparamos una ensalada de pepinos, para alivianar la carga de carbohidratos. El Fernet con coca siempre estuvo presente en el encuentro. Solo espero que los comensales hayan disfrutado el almuerzo que con tanto cariño les preparé.
! [English]For the appetizer I prepared Hummus with avocado, accompanied with crackers (don't take pictures 😌). The dish was something simple and it was potatoes with baked vegetables. I also prepared baked bondiola (bondiola is a cut of pork), which I accompanied with some rice and the star, according to the comments it received, was the chipa Guazú (typical of Paraguay, my native country). Additionally, we prepared a cucumber salad, to lighten the carbohydrate load. Fernet with coke was always present at the meeting. I only hope that the guests enjoyed the lunch that I prepared for them with so much love.

Nurys trajo el famoso Quesillo (típico de su país Venezuela). Sinceramente, me encanto y por supuesto luego lo prepararemos con Genaro. Me encanta conocer platos tradicionales de otros países. Por supuesto, con Genaro preparamos el clásico cheesecake, para acompañar el café en la tarde.
! [English]Nurys brought the famous Quesillo (typical of her country Venezuela). Sincerely, I loved it and of course we will prepare it later with Genaro. Pasamos un momento muy agradable y espero que la visita también lo haya sentido así. Mis hijos por suerte se portaron muy bien y esperan poder asistir al encuentro que están organizando en capital. Todos querían ponerse la remera de Hive, para hacer notar que están en Hive 😁.

We had a very nice time and I hope the visitor felt the same way. My children luckily behaved very well and hope to be able to attend the meeting they are organizing in the capital. Everyone wanted to wear the Hive t-shirt, to make the point that they are in Hive 😁.

Para terminar el encuentro, fuimos con Marcelo a acompañar a Marluy hasta la estación de trenes. Pasamos un día maravilloso, charlamos de nuestras mascotas y nos conocimos un poco más. Espero que no sea la última vez.
