i just discovered this poem in a notebook.
Written by me (who am i?) in August 2021, while sitting in my #hivegarden in the sun in #Bulgaria, with "Lucy", DD & K (

Deep in the Heart
i am the leaves
Rustling Gently in the trees,
Caressed by the breeze.
i am the sun way up in the sky,
Warming us all with no thoughts of you and i.
i am the feeling of loving support,
That comes all the time when i am at nought.
i am here for you always, no matter how it feels,
Wherever you are, providing your meals.
You'll find me in the water, you'll find me in the dark,
Deep within your self, and in Noah's ark :-)
i am the animals, two by two,
Walking beside and all around you.
i love you. What does this mean,
Whether spoken or written, or just thought and unseen?
Maybe it's an attempt to share the true love
That permeates all, below and above.
Yet said out loud, or written with ink,
It can only convey the tiniest part,
Of the depth of true love
Which lies deep in the heart.
Deep in the heart? The heart of what?
The heart of no-thing, but sometimes we sing.
The heart of a lettuce? The heart of a sheep?
You will know what i mean, when once again we meet.
