He lived happily;
each day was a paradise,
His smile was his
distinct identity,
Spreading joy to all
those around,
A good father, a loyal
friend,
Always there to lend a
helping hand.
For this, God blessed him
with grace and kindness,
Shielding him from his
adversaries' darkness.
Thus, he spent forty
years in absolute peace,
And unimaginable wealth
surrounded him ceaselessly.
What does one do with so
much goodness?
Simply going with the flow
was enough for things to go well,
He prayed every day for
blessings to bestow,
And received blessings in the
form of more and more peace.
But boundless riches
are not enough,
Peace remains elusive,
friends fall short,
The relentless mind
and senses seem to
lead astray,
Life is a journey through
torment, a quest for
evermore.
What is the human limit?
Even with infinite rules,
evil always finds a way,
Invading peace and
fidelity, sowing doubt,
In the ceaseless pursuit
of what belongs to others.
