the avoidance of reality by absorption of the mind in entertainment or in an imaginative situation, activity, etc.
There are tons of ways to avoid reality! 😄
What do you do to escape? Do you meditate?
Do you take a vacation at the beach.. sticking your toes in the sands.. with a cold one in hand?
Do you like to listen to music, and forget about the world for a few minutes?
Do you take a long drive in your car, perhaps with the top down enjoying the wind in your hair, trying to stay at 55 mph? 😆
