Poetry Prompt: Lipogram

In an effort to try provide better continuity with poetry prompts in the community, I'm going start providing poetry prompts for the community. I'm not going to run these prompts like a contest and can't promise any monetary prize. I can however offer to spotlight any poems written in response to the last prompt. Today's prompt: "A" Lipogram

A lipogram is a poem (or other piece of writing) that deliberately avoids a certain letter. In this case, we will be avoiding the letter "A". Write a poem without using the letter "a" and tag me when you do.

Example:

Pen your poem
But don't let me see
The letter preceeding
Letter B

It's just a vowel
We use too much
But this one time
We mustn't touch

So do your best
To best this test
You'll see your poem
With the rest
