Releasing toxins, that poisoned our minds.
Breath,
Exhale the expectations
That drag us down,
Breathe in the truth,
Inhale the force of our creations,
The fire, that sets our visions ablaze.
Our light,
Within this vessel,
Shine,
We Heal the waves of sorrow,
That wash upon our naked form.

The hollowness, that carved its way into my being.
Teachings,
that force me to surrender ,
To re discover, the power that lies within this moment,
As I am reborn,
