Witches think of the moon as the mother-energy and the sun as the father-energy. But witch or not lol, it would only make sense to wonder how the moon and it's stages affect us in our daily activities, considering that the moon controls the occurrence of the tide events and since the adult human body is up to 70 percent water.
Today's November 27 it's the last quarter of moon and it has an illumination of 50% and in astrology, the Last Quarter moon is a period of awakening and responsibility. So it's a good time to take advantage of these forces that go together to push you ahead.
This illustration was inspired of the moon stages. I started my sketch with a serpent because a snake sheds his skin, which as symbolism makes me think of transformation.
