Hello my dear friends 😊😊
Last week me and my family plus some friends went on a trip to this really cool spot in Cdo. We had been planning it for ages and when we finally got there we were all like “wow!” boats lined up right on the shore water that went from light green near the sand to deep blue out further.
There’s this big hill covered in super green trees that looked so cool like something you had see in a postcard. We parked our car near a small store run by a local family who were so friendly they even pointed us to the best spots to take pictures and told us where to get the best food around..
The first photo we took is exactly where we stayed a little place right by the water with rooms that had big windows looking out at the sea. From up on the balcony we could see how far the sea goes all the way to the mountains way off in the distance that looked hazy and blue.
We walked down to the beach on soft warm sand and the sea breeze felt so nice on our faces it smelled like salt and fresh air. Some of us could not wait so we jumped right into the water for a swim and later we took a small boat out to go exploring.
When we got further out we could see colorful corals under the clear water with tons of little fish swimming around red ones yellow ones even some that looked bright blue. We took so many pictures because everything looked so pretty and we kept stopping just to stare because it all felt like a dream.
But honestly? The best part was definitely the food it was so good we kept talking about it even days later! We found this little restaurant right on the beach and ordered their huge boodle fight platter with all kinds of seafood and Filipino dishes we had been craving.
There were fresh shrimp that were cooked perfect pink and plump sweet and juicy when you bit into them. Then there were grilled scallops with chopped onions and lots of calamansi plus crispy spring rolls that were soft inside and fried fish that was so tender.
To go with everything they had fresh veggies too crunchy cucumber slices string beans that were still a little crisp and ripe tomatoes. We ate with our hands like you are supposed to for boodle fights we all sat around the big banana leaf and dug in laughing and passing stuff around.
The food tasted amazing and we got super stuffed one friend said she had still come back for more! We climbed a hill with a lighthouse met some locals and heard their stories. We are already planning to go back until next time..
Hope you enjoyed reading my story!
