Greetings to all my friends

We went to visit our small farm here in Bukidnon. It feels so good every time we get the chance to go there. It is our little piece of land where we can see nature and just relax away from the busy life.

We actually planted a lot of things there. We have different kinds of fruit trees and also plenty of vegetables. We really put effort into growing them because we want to have fresh food and see them grow big and healthy..

But when we arrived this time we noticed something different. The weather is really hot lately right? Because of the extreme heat some of our plants looked a bit dry..

You can really see the effect of the hot weather. The soil was dry and some leaves were not as green and fresh as before. It was a little sad to see, but we understand that it is just because of the very hot season right now.

Even though it is dry the place still looks beautiful. There are tall trees and big plants around. The view of the mountains and the green fields is still there making the place so peaceful and nice.

We saw our fruit trees standing tall. We have different varieties and even if they are feeling the heat too they are still strong. We just hope that rain will come soon so they can get water and become fresh again.

We also checked the areas where we plant vegetables. It is true that some parts look dry because there is not much rain. But we know that plants are strong and once the weather gets better they will surely grow back nicely.

While we were there, we did some small tasks too. We saw some dry leaves and branches, so we gathered them and made a small fire. It is part of cleaning the area and making it neat.

The smoke going up the sound of the fire and just being there in the middle of nature it was a simple moment but really nice. It feels so homey and real being in the farm.

We walked around the whole area. We saw big bamboo trees and other wild plants growing naturally. The sky was blue and the scenery was just amazing. Bukidnon is really beautiful with its wide lands and fresh air.

Even if the plants are a bit dry now because of the intense heat we are not worried. We know this is just a season. Soon when the rain falls everything will turn green again and grow even better.

We really enjoyed our visit. It is always a good experience to come to our farm. Seeing our plants taking care of them and just enjoying the quiet life here is something we really love. We will just wait for the rain to come and make everything fresh again!
