Hi all Look here this spot’s right outside our house, our niyogan (coconut grove) it’s our own little happy place!
One morning i got up real early becaus birds were singing loud in the coconut leaves. I went out to breathe fresh air and i shock it looked so good! The sun was just coming up but the whole yard was bright already.
Our tools are stacked over there we tidied up the place just yesterday. Those small huts? That’s where me and my siblings hang out when we want to eat outside.
Sometimes we stay up late there talking listening to wind shake the palm leaves it’s so peaceful.
Then there’s that little water spot on the side water’s so calm and clear like a mirror you can see all the trees in it. There are rocks by the edge we sit on. Just a few nights back me and my cousins came here to watch fireflies they looked like tiny lights floating all over the grass!
My older brothers and sisters keep the grass nice and green so it’s super soft under our feet. When it’s hot, we love walking around barefoot feels great! Every so often we pick a fresh coconut and drink the juice so cool and good! We have tons of fun here. Me and my sibling play here, we talk about anything and everything, and we come here whenever we need to slow down and relax. We really love our niyogan!
