Hello 
While I'm preparing the ingredients in making my daughter's favorite snacks,soft and fluffy puto cheese.She got curious and very eager to be in my side,ready to help😁So what I did was to allow her to assist me.
She asked me if she can help me in slicing the cheese using her knife (but the knife she's referring to is a toy-- a knife in her mini kitchen playhouse)So she's preparing the cheese by slicing it into smaller pieces 😁My daughter's small hands held her plastic knife so tightly,slicing the cheese with so much confidence and determination 😁.But I'm just in her side guiding her all throughout.
I ready the ingredients and carefully mixing the batter to become a smooth mixture.And when it's done mixing,she volunteered again to place the batter in its molder..
And her eyes was very full of excitement knowing that she will be assigned again in placing the mixture in its molder.
And then she's placing it in a molder one at a time until she finished it all..
Until she's also the one who placed cheese in it as toppings.
So I prepare the steamer to be ready for it to be steam..
And here it goes after 20-25 minutes it's cooked already
I'm assisting her in removing the cooked puto in its molder cause it's a bit hot..she's complaining that the puto is a little bit hot.
So I suggest her to let it rest for a while and wait until it's not too hot to remove it.
And doing the same routine,she's pouring the batter in the molder,placing cheese at the topped of it,and gave it to me to place it on a steamer.And after its steamed, she'll removed it in its molder,until we're able finished it all..and made a lot of puto cheese..
This day was a bit different,I always appreciate the time that we have today.The soft and sweet and cheesey puto cheese shared by us was a simple treasures of love and bond..Hope you'll get a little inspired with my post today..Thank you so much for taking the time to read it..Bye🥰😘
