Today doesn't look grand or spectacular at first.
But when I look back, I realize how blessed we really are.
These are the ordinary snapshots that make up our simple, imperfect life.
And I'm grateful I noticed them.

Back Of Our House View
Every morning, I see this at the back of our house. It's a view I used to see, but I will never get tired of. The fresh green grass, the soft light of the morning sun, and the fog... It's the background that makes me calm and at peace to begin my day with. 🍃💚

My Brother Brought Pasalubong
That same morning, my brother arrived from Baguio. And he didn't come empty-handed. He brought pasalubong, a strawberry preserve, and peanut brittle. Simple yet thoughtful. The kind of gift that doesn't need wrapping because the intention is already clear.

Spaghetti
By lunchtime, I was planning to cook. But plans changed when my mother-in-law gave us spaghetti. We eat it and fill ourselves up faster than expected. So that spaghetti became our lunch.

A Quick Snack Of Sardines
In the afternoon, I got hungry. The spaghetti earlier is filling, but for me, it's light. So I made a quick snack the simplest way. I opened a can of sardines in tomato sauce. Not a fancy recipe. I just sliced onions on it, a bit of salt, and a squeeze of kalamansi. I don't know why, but I super love sardines this way. It's cheap, fast, and satisfying. It's my comfort food without effort.

And that's it.
Just my everyday life. 🌷
Simple moments I want to remember.
Until my next everyday snapshots...
Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸
