Dear Hive Friends, it's Raqii again.
Lately, there were so many thoughts that come to my mind. I face a problem and this made me to be a less active person. Everyday I always overthink. Always think and think until it consume all the energy that I have. And I wanna share the book Im reading right now that helps me clear my mind.
So, to temporarily washed all the thoughts, I started again to read the book I was reading last year. It was the 'Atomic Habits'. It was recommended by a friend of mine and I am happy because he recommended this to me. I also loved to read books and comics.
I am just in a part of the first chapter. And it was so amazing that in that chapter you can learn a lot. As of now, my favorite part was the introduction because it has a story of the author which inspired me.
I also loved the part where he emphasize the word 'Why Small Habits Make A Big Difference'.
I cannot explain well what I want to say but I now understand what he meant in that part. That every small actions if I make it a habit it will have a great impact for my changes. Like what I am going through right now. Everyday I always overthink about things without knowing that it affects my mood and it makes me feel sad. When my mood changes, I feel a laziness because I think my mood block my energy and prevent me to do what I want to do.
But since I had read this book, I change the way I think. Little by little, it helps me to make a good action and I hope it will eventually a good habit.
Now, I have a clear mind and a happy heart.
I'm sorry if I dont have much pictures to post, but I am so happy to share this thought with you guys and also I am so thankful for this book that I wanna recommend this to you. I know some other people didn't like to read but I found an audio version where you can listen to it. You can download it to listen like what I did. Honestly, I finish the audio version and now I want to also finish to read the book
