This Wednesday I am taking you for a walk through Vrela Bosne (Spring Bosna) . It is a nature monument located in Bosnia and Herzegovina, protected and home to some endemic species, as well as the indigenous species of brown trout.
The colors were clear and clean.... The path was still wet from the dewy morning, the fresh air was an incentive for me to hurry through the paths....
The swans are so tame, visitors feed them and when they see someone approaching the edge of the pond, they come themselves.
A few swans were exploring the edge of the lake, and as I passed I watched them sail with dignity and slowly...
After meeting and hanging out with the swans, I went on to explore...
This area is full of small rivers, lakes that flow into them... It's my first time here, and I can tell you that I'm amazed how well maintained it is... a lot of people come here and everything looks untouched..
I come to a part where there are wooden bridges, I cross one and there is another small river and another small lake...
Another small bridge, and a path strewn with gravel... And benches were placed by the water.. Everything blended so beautifully with the natural environment....
This natural rarity was neglected during the 1990s.
Only in 2000. with the involvement of local teenagers who are guided by international environmental organizations, the old glory of this rarity has been restored.
Karst spring under Mount Igman...
After the small bridge, I come across a meadow that is home to these wooden haylofts..
I come across islands full of trees that remind me of some distant destination....expecting a few crocodiles as well..
I find this part so unusual, with such dead branches.. At one point I was sorry that the sun had not yet appeared.... I wanted to see this beauty under the sunlight...
