Jutro.
Krenula sam.
Morning. It started with rain. In the meantime, the clouds parted. The sun was shining with all its strength. This is going to be a lovely day for a walk, I thought. He eats muesli for breakfast in a hurry. The phone rings, mom calls me for lunch, not just any kind, she calls me to the fair, sardine milk is a traditional dish here in Serbia and there isn't a person who doesn't like it. It is a dish made from sauerkraut and minced meat. The meat is wrapped in cabbage leaves and it is sarma. I accepted without thinking, and it was also a great opportunity to take a longer walk because my mom is in the countryside
, about 3, 4 kilometers from me. I put on my favorite and softest sneakers to be comfortable. I am on my way
It was wonderful to break through the golden rays of the November afternoon sun. The wind was just right, just enough to sway the soft grass. It's usually blowing the snow that my city is known for.
Everything was as it should be. I didn't want to think too much about not BiH ruining the day. Walking is really an ideal activity because it is not strenuous but involves all muscle groups. The walk is good for everyone from 7 to 77 years old! It was pretty warm for November but I'm not complaining. Just let it last as long as possible.
Stigla sam do mamine kuće. Prvo smo popili kafu a onda ručale. Nakon ručka sam se poigrala sa macama. Mama ih ima puno. Dve velike i šest malih bebica.
I reached my mother's house. What a pleasant welcome. The house smelled of hot food, and the wood crackled, warming the house with wonderful lighting. First we drank coffee and then had lunch. After lunch I played with the cats. Mom has a lot of them. Two big and six small babies. They mostly stand in front of the door and are constantly waiting to get something to eat. I guess they're on me? 😆 Mom fed them and I already decided to go back because it's getting dark fast. We said goodbye and I thanked for everything and headed home.
The sun was still shining and would soon set behind the horizon.
Everything around me took on a silver aura. The yellow color was fading because of the sunset. Walking home, I came across something someone had written in chalk on the path I was walking on. Roadside signs? 🤔🙂
It said "Sugar I LOVE YOU"! Ah, well, thanks, whoever wrote it. 😉
I was getting closer to my city. The view is great because in the middle of the plain you are greeted by hills, as if they are greeting you.🌄
A few hundred meters before entering the city, my path was crossed by a railroad that always makes me nostalgic when we often traveled by train.
Stigla sam kući. Mrak je već pao. Zahladnelo je. Skuvala sam čaj, legla i pustila neki film. . .
Im home. Darkness has already fallen. It got cold. I made tea, went to bed and played a movie. Tomorrow is Sunday, it would be nice to go for a walk again. . .
